Welcome to the Confidence Index 2026 survey, our annual survey to understand the confidence of marketing and development staff within the independent education.
This annual benchmarking survey, run in partnership with AMCIS, takes us into the very heart of schools: their people. It asks school leaders to share their confidence in their job roles and the independent education sector as a whole. With approximately 10% of UK independent schools taking part in the survey last year, we are confident any professional working in the sector will find the Confidence Index Report a reflective and worthwhile read that provides real food for thought about the future of our sector.
